Chenille yarn cannot hold very small text or thin lines on its own, because the loops blur them together. Instead, we add flat embroidery for taglines, dates, and facial features, while chenille fills the larger shapes. This combination keeps your design clear and readable.

Yes, you can customize patches for shirts with any logo, artwork, text, or sketch you own. Send us your file, and we will digitize it, match your colors, and adjust the size for your shirt. You then approve a preview before production begins.

Yes, we can produce a single sample patch so you can check size, color, and stitch quality before committing to a bulk order. Once you approve the sample, we move straight into full production using the same digitized file, so there's no delay or extra cost.

Yes, sew-on embroidered or woven patches hold up best through repeated washing, since the stitching stays attached through a standard wash cycle. Iron-on and adhesive backing work for lighter use but aren't recommended for uniforms or workwear washed weekly.
