No, we digitize single logos for individuals and small businesses, as well as bulk orders for larger companies and embroidery shops. Pricing stays the same per logo regardless of order size, so a one-off cap order gets the same care as a large uniform run.
Is there a minimum order for logo digitizing services?
What information do you need from me to start digitizing?
We need your logo artwork in any common format, such as JPG, PNG, or PDF, along with the garment type, placement, and approximate size you plan to embroider. If you know your embroidery machine brand or format, that also helps us prepare the right file.
Can you digitize a logo for embroidery online without me visiting a shop?
Yes, the entire process happens online. You upload your logo artwork through our order form, we digitize and test it, and you receive the finished embroidery file by email, ready to send straight to your embroidery machine, with no in-person visit required at any point.
Do you offer revisions if the embroidery doesn’t look right?
Yes, if a test stitch shows an issue with density, placement, or color, we revise the digitizing file at no extra charge. Our goal is a finished file that sews correctly on the first real production run, not just a passable sample.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive whichever embroidery machine format your equipment needs, including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX, or EMB. If you are not sure which format your machine uses, check your machine's manual or brand, and we will match it exactly.
Can you digitize a low-resolution or blurry logo?
Yes, but results depend on how much detail is visible in the original file. If your JPG or PNG logo is too small or pixelated, we may redraw it as clean vector artwork, then digitize that version so shapes and text stay accurate on fabric.
How much does logo digitizing cost?
Pricing depends on your logo's complexity, including stitch count, number of colors, and design detail, plus how many formats you need. Simple logos with few colors cost less than designs with fine text, gradients, or dense artwork. Request a quote for an exact price.
