Our embroidery digitizing pricing starts at $15 for a standard logo or text design. More detailed work, such as photo-based art or large multi-color layouts, runs between $15 and $20. Every price includes unlimited free edits, so you never pay extra to adjust density, size, or color.
What information do you need from me to start?
Send us your logo or artwork file, the garment type (shirt, cap, or jacket), and the placement you want (left chest or back). If you already know your embroidery machine format, include it; if not, we'll ask before we start the file.
Do you work with embroidery shops as well as individual customers?
Yes, we work with embroidery shops, apparel brands, uniform suppliers, and individual customers who need a single design digitized. Whether you send us one order a year or a steady stream of files every week, each design goes through the same digitizing and quality check process.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive whichever embroidery machine format your equipment needs, including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX, or EMB. If you are not sure which format your machine uses, check your machine's manual or brand, and we will match it exactly.
How long does logo digitizing take?
Most orders are returned within 24 to 48 hours, and rush turnaround is available for urgent projects. Complex designs with many colors or fine detail may need extra time for accurate digitizing and a proper test stitch, so we always confirm timing with you before starting.
