Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. A digitizer sets stitch type, direction, density, and pull compensation by hand, so the design stitches out correctly on the fabric you choose.
2. How long does it take to digitize my design?
Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours, but we also offer same-day rush delivery for urgent projects. Once you submit your design, we’ll send you a preview for approval before final delivery.
2. Will I be charged based on design complexity, size, or turnaround time?
No, you won’t be charged extra for complexity, size, or turnaround. Also, you’ll receive fast, same-day turnaround. your orders are always treated as a priority.
Each design includes one size by default. If you need multiple sizes, they’ll count as separate designs since we have to recreate them individually. However, in case of a minor size difference that doesn’t require us to recreate the design, we won’t charge for the second size.
3. Is there any fee for revisions?
No, revisions are free. We only charge if you request customizations that were not part of the original design.

We accept most popular formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD. Even if you have a low-quality image, we can recreate and convert it into a clean vector or stitch file.

Yes, you can pause your subscription anytime to stop future billing. Cancellation or switching between manual and auto-renewal options can be managed directly through your account settings.

Yes! We specialize in image-to-vector conversion. Whether it’s a logo, sketch, or old artwork, we’ll redraw it into a high-quality, scalable vector file perfect for printing, sublimation, and promotional use.
5. How to submit a file and receive the design?
After purchasing a plan, you can directly email your design to us at order@qualitycaredigitizing.com.
Please include your requirements such as size, colors, file format, or any other specific instructions in the email.
Once your design is ready, we’ll send the final file to you via email reply.
