2. Will I be charged based on design complexity, size, or turnaround time?
No, you won’t be charged extra for complexity, size, or turnaround. Also, you’ll receive fast, same-day turnaround. your orders are always treated as a priority.
Each design includes one size by default. If you need multiple sizes, they’ll count as separate designs since we have to recreate them individually. However, in case of a minor size difference that doesn’t require us to recreate the design, we won’t charge for the second size.
3. Is there any fee for revisions?
No, revisions are free. We only charge if you request customizations that were not part of the original design.
4. Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can pause your subscription anytime to stop future billing. Cancellation or switching between manual and auto-renewal options can be managed directly through your account settings.
5. How to submit a file and receive the design?
After purchasing a plan, you can directly email your design to us at order@qualitycaredigitizing.com.
Please include your requirements such as size, colors, file format, or any other specific instructions in the email.
Once your design is ready, we’ll send the final file to you via email reply.
